Portfolio-scale testing

We work with UK FM operators on portfolios ranging from 10 sites to 500+. Testing is scheduled geographically to minimise travel costs, and all data is consolidated into a single reporting format that can be reviewed at portfolio level as well as site level.

Dashboard reporting

For larger portfolios, we provide dashboard-style summary reports that identify out-of-tolerance sites, seasonal trends, and year-on-year PTV degradation. This supports FM budget planning and evidences proactive safety management to end clients.

Embedded in routine maintenance

Slip testing can be embedded into existing PPM (planned preventive maintenance) cycles — for example, testing entrance zones on the same visit as matting replacement, or testing stair nosings on the same visit as handrail inspection.

Insurer relationships

Documented portfolio-level UKAS slip testing supports FM-client insurance renewals. Some UK insurers offer premium reductions for documented annual programmes. We can provide the reports in formats requested by major UK insurance brokers.

Do you produce portfolio-level dashboard reports?

Yes. For larger portfolios we provide summary dashboards identifying out-of-tolerance sites, seasonal trends, and year-on-year PTV degradation — supporting FM budget planning and end-client assurance.
